You retain ownership of the workout data, measurements, notes, and programmes you enter. You grant BeeStrong App a limited licence to store, process, display, and sync that content as needed to operate the service.
Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BeeStrong App. By creating an account or otherwise using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
BeeStrong App is a training log and planning tool. It is not medical advice. Train responsibly and seek professional medical advice before starting or changing a training program if you have any health concerns.
Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use BeeStrong App. If you are under 16, you may use the app only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Use of the app
You may use BeeStrong App to track workouts, create templates, follow programs, record measurements, and, where available, use Coach Mode and the AI Coach feature. You must use the app lawfully and must not attempt to damage, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You should provide accurate information and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Training and health
You are responsible for your own training decisions. BeeStrong App helps you organise training information, but it does not replace medical, physiotherapy, nutrition, or qualified coaching advice. AI Coach suggestions are informational only.
Coach Mode
Coach Mode allows trainers and clients to share training information after an invitation is accepted. Coaches are responsible for the programmes and advice they provide to clients. Clients should only accept invitations from coaches they trust.
Paid features
BeeStrong App offers paid features (PRO, PRO+, and COACH plans). Prices, billing periods, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Store policies apply — please review them.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account and data → Delete account and cloud data) or by emailing support@beestrongapp.com. Once requested, your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).
Availability
We aim to keep BeeStrong App reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, provider outages, updates, or reasons outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
BeeStrong App, including its branding, design, software, and content, is owned by Dariusz Sztejnagiel or his licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse them except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.
Termination
You may stop using BeeStrong App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or the app.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeStrong App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, training-related injuries, data loss caused by clearing device storage, or issues caused by third-party services. Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the service in that period (which may be zero on the Free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or hosting provider outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new updated date. Continued use of BeeStrong App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will, where possible, be replaced with one that achieves a similar legal and commercial result.
Entire agreement
These terms — together with the Privacy Policy — constitute the entire agreement between you and BeeStrong App regarding your use of the service, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings on the subject.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of BeeStrong App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer based in the EU, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you reside.
